Contributors’ obligations related to publication

By submitting a manuscript, the contributor declares that they are familiar with the publishing policies and standards of the Wydawnictwo Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości (the “Publisher”). The author also undertakes to refrain from simultaneously submitting the manuscript to another domestic or foreign publisher. The author undertakes to transfer to the Publisher the copyright necessary for the publication of the manuscript. The author will indemnify the Publisher for any of his or her infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights.
